A simple salad made from carrots dressed with oil, vinegar, mustard and lemon juice. It
represents a perfect side dish for meat dishes with an intense and decisive flavour.
Ingredients of carrot salad:
- 600 g of carrots
- 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)
For the seasoning:
- 4 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons of seed oil
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt

Preparation:
Prepare a cutting board, kitchen knife, grater and plate. Peel the carrot. Grate the carrot.
Prepare a bowl and a whisk. Put salt and pepper as needed and the mustard into the bowl.
Add the white wine vinegar and lemon juice. Then mix. Gradually add the seed oil and continue mixing. Gradually add the olive oil and mix well.
Add the grated carrot to the sauce and mix well. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
