Tutti Frutti Cake Ingredients:
- 1 cup muskmelon diced,
- 2 orange rind pieces,
- 1 cup water,
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour,
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence,
- 1 teaspoon orange juice,
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger,
- 3/4 cup sugar,
- 6 drops of edible food colour,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- 3/4 cup yoghurt (curd),
- 1/2 cup refined oil white chocolate sauce, as needed
Instructions:
Step 1: Make Tutti Frutti:
To make Tutti Frutti, first, boil ginger and finely chopped muskmelon in water for about five minutes, then drain the excess water. Now, add chopped muskmelon to the pan with 1 cup of sugar and water, and cook for a few minutes until the melon is translucent.10-15 minutes will be needed for this. Divide this through a strainer into three jars. utilizing red, yellow, and green food colouring. In jars, add 2 drops to each, gently stir, and let sit for 30 minutes. After straining out any remaining sugar syrup, allow the tutti frutti to dry for 24 to 36 hours on a mesh. They can be kept in an airtight jar once they are dry.
