Chinese Rice | Chinese Pulao Recipe
Compared to other pulao recipes, Chinese pulao is slightly spicier. The boring Yakhni pulao recipes are different from the Chinese pulao. At so many events, you can make Chinese pulao. Chinese pulao can be served with a variety of sauces. I hope you enjoy making this Chinese pulao recipe.
Ingredients:
12 kg Sela Rice
300 g chicken
4-5 cloves minced garlic
carrots (sliced) 1
paprika (sliced) 1
half cabbage
1-2 green onions
chicken cubes 1
1 tsp black pepper
soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
clarified butter or oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Methods:
Clean 12 kg of sela rice, wash it, and soak it for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of clarified butter or oil in a pan, add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, 300 grams of roasted chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 slice each of carrot, capsicum, and cabbage, and mix thoroughly.
Now cook one chicken cube, as much water as necessary, and 12 kg of soaked sela rice.
Serve the cooked rice with 1-2 spring onion strands as a garnish on a serving platter when it is done.
