Ingredients:


  1. 12 kg Sela Rice

  2. 300 g chicken

  3. 4-5 cloves minced garlic

  4. carrots (sliced) 1

  5. paprika (sliced) 1

  6. half cabbage

  7. 1-2 green onions

  8. chicken cubes 1

  9. 1 tsp black pepper

  10. soy sauce 1 tbsp

  11. Chinese salt 1/3 tsp

  12. clarified butter or oil 2-3 tbsp

  13. Salt to taste

Methods:


  •  Clean 12 kg of sela rice, wash it, and soak it for 1 to 2 hours.

  • Heat 2-3 tablespoons of clarified butter or oil in a pan, add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, 300 grams of roasted chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 slice each of carrot, capsicum, and cabbage, and mix thoroughly.

  • Now cook one chicken cube, as much water as necessary, and 12 kg of soaked sela rice.

  • Serve the cooked rice with 1-2 spring onion strands as a garnish on a serving platter when it is done.
