Slimming Detox Soup Recipe-healthy and tasty
Detox Soup: Did you force the power supply a bit? Opt for this detox soup with green vegetables
for the evening meal, you will already feel better when you get up the next day! Leeks, zucchini,
celery and fennel, with a hint of cumin… If you want to try a full detox day, this soup will be perfect
after sipping your detox juices ( morning energizing juice and green juice for snacks).

List of ingredients Detox soup recipe:
2 zucchini
3 leek whites3 stalks of celery
1/2 head of fennel
1 clove of garlic
1 handful of flat parsley leaves
1 tbsp. coffee cumin
1 liter of water
Salt pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
Recipe steps
Rinse your vegetables well, especially the white leeks which often contain soil, then cut them into cubes of the same size.
Cover with water until the vegetables are covered.
Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat, covered.
Add the cumin and mix your soup, keeping the cooking water which contains vitamins and minerals.
Serve with some cumin seeds.
